Robert Dolan

librarian/stage manager

Robert Dolan has been LACO’s stage manager since 1982, and has served as music librarian since 1995. He is the third member of the Dolan family to serve as librarian for LACO, after his father, James, and sister, Katherine.

Robert is the former music librarian to Seiji Ozawa and associate librarian of the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra, and has provided service to a number of clients that include Disney, Universal-MCA, 20th Century Fox, Warner Brothers, The Los Angeles Philharmonic, Los Angeles Master Chorale, the Boston, Cleveland, Pasadena and Cincinnati Symphonies, and Aaron Spelling Production, among others.

His hobbies include traveling the world with his wife Helene, water skiing, collecting classic cars and spending time with his two dogs.
