LACO’s Campus to Concert Hall All Access Pass is a wonderful and affordable way for college students to experience as many as 10 concerts during the Orchestra’s 2011-12 season and attend some fun events throughout the year.

The All Access Pass only costs $25 and includes:

• All 7 Orchestral Series concerts at Glendale’s Alex Theatre or UCLA’s Royce Hall
• All 3 Westside Connections concerts at the Broad Stage in Santa Monica
• College preview night at one LACO rehearsal, including a free reception with musicians
• Access to at least one post concert reception to mingle with friends and musicians
• Ability to reserve your ticket as early as two weeks in advance
• Option to purchase three additional student tickets for friends at just $10 each

How do I get an All Access Pass?

Current college students may purchase one All Access Pass online, or by calling Maya at 213 622 7001 × 204, and mentioning the college All Access Pass. Have your college ID ready, so you can give us your ID number, and you can pay with VISA, Mastercard or American Express.

We will send you your personalized All Access Pass in the mail. Then, just bring your student ID & All Access Pass to each concert you wish to attend. One All Access Pass per valid Student ID.

Are there any pre-requisites to buying an All Access Pass?

The good news is: you don’t have to take any specific classes before becoming All Access Pass holder! You just need to be between the ages of 17-30 and have a valid college ID and a credit card to purchase the Pass.

Once I buy an All Access Pass, how do I get tickets?

You can reserve your tickets as early as two weeks in advance by emailing or calling Maya, at 213 622 7001 × 204. Just mention your Pass, give your name, and she will set a ticket aside for you to pick up at Will Call. You will need to show your All Access Pass and your Student ID at the Will Call window. You can also simply come to the concert the night of, show your Pass and Student ID and pick up your ticket at the last minute. Subject to availability; seats are assigned on day of concert.

How many tickets can I buy?

As an All Access Pass holder, you may reserve one ticket for each performance at no cost. If you reserve your tickets ahead of time, you may also purchase up to three additional non-Pass holder student tickets at $10 each. You will need to pay for these additional tickets by credit card when you reserve your tickets. Subject to availability.

Can I sit with my friends?

If your friends are All Access Pass holders also, just reserve your tickets at the same time, and we will do our best to seat you together or at least close to one another. If you are picking up your tickets last minute at will call, just arrive together, and we will do our best to seat you as close together as possible.
