Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra: making great music personal

18th Annual Silent Film Gala

The 18th annual Silent Film Gala will be held on June 2, 2007 at UCLA’s Royce Hall. This year we will feature two silent film classics, Charlie Chaplin’s The Pilgrim and Buster Keaton’s Sherlock Jr. Both films would be accompanied by the 40 musicians of the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, conducted by composer/conductor Timothy Brock, who also wrote a new musical score for the Buster Keaton movie. Gala attendees will enjoy an elegant supper following the presentation of the films.
