Revel in sound as rich as LACO’s past and as exciting as its future. The season-opening concert spotlights the Orchestra’s acclaimed wind soloists, most of whom have been with LACO for more than 20 years! The evening celebrates LACO’s 40th anniversary with a festive tribute from the astonishingly versatile Richard Todd.
“...I feel as if I am only now really discovering my voice as an artist. I do not know where that will lead me, either as a classicist, jazz artist, composer, or arranger, but it all seems very exciting. I am excited to be composing my first orchestral work for the 40th season…Be prepared – it will be an adventure!”
