2006-07 season
Experience the sheer vitality of the the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra’s 2006-07 season, running October 14, 2007 through June 2, 2008. For the 250th anniversary of Mozart’s birth, we continue the in-depth exploration of Mozart’s original piano concertos as Jeffrey Kahane conducts the remaining 14 piano concertos from the keyboard in four Mozart Festival concerts.
The 2006-07 season orchestral series will be presented at the Alex Theatre in Glendale and UCLA’s Royce Hall. You’re invited to enjoy marvelous works from Bach to Tchaikovsky, Beethoven to John Adams, written specifically for the demanding nature of a chamber orchestra, where the finesse of every player is revealed, and the beauty of every instrument can be heard.
