Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra: making great music personal

Lacey Huszcza

Born & raised in CaƱon City, CO, Lacey has been involved in music since she was in first grade. She began with piano lessons and then learned to play the French horn. She went to the University of Colorado, Boulder and studied horn performance with Michael Thornton. An avid Buffs football fan (her family has had season tickets since 1999), she enjoyed attending the games as part of the Golden Buffalo Marching Band. She graduated CU with a BA in music and a BA in communication, and began to pursue a career in arts administration to combine her knowledge of business with her passion for music.

After college, Lacey moved to LA and quickly became a LACO volunteer and subscriber. She began working for LACO in October of 2005. She recently graduated with a MBA from the Graziadio School of Business Management at Pepperdine University.

Lacey currently lives in Whittier with her husband Dan (who lovingly volunteers himself to help with LACO concerts and events regularly.)
Thanks, Dan, and Go Buffs!
