Lila Atchison is a native of the Bay Area and is in her final semester at USC where she studies Choral Music and Conducting. A transfer student, Lila spent the first few years of her college career studying music north of San Francisco where she had the privilege to manage the ‘Chanticleer LAB Choir,’ an ensemble composed of students dedicated to performing at professional levels, as well as promoting music education around the Bay Area. Lila also held an office internship with the Sonoma Bach organization, one of the only organizations to foster early music in the North Bay of Northern California. At USC, Lila created the administrative coordinator position for the student-run BA Choral Lab and brought it to new levels of efficiency and is currently taking part in the Thornton Mentorship Program, where she receives active mentorship from professionals in the Arts Administration field.
An active singer, you may hear Lila in a number of ensembles around the USC campus including the USC Chamber Singers, the Thornton Baroque Sinfonia and the BA Choral Lab.
