PURCHASING TICKETS

Tickets can be purchased by going to laco.org/events and selecting any one of the upcoming concerts, ordering by phone, or by buying in person.

The Box Office is closed each Monday following a concert weekend and on all major U.S. Holidays. If the Box Office is unavailable at the time of your call, please email boxoffice@laco.org.

 

PURCHASE IN PERSON

The Box Office is open 90 minutes prior to the concert start. Please be aware that any walk-up ticket purchases day of are subject to the availability of the concert and venue.

For concerts beginning at 7:30 PM, Box Office opens at 5 PM

For concerts beginning at 4 PM, Box Office opens at 3:30 PM

HANDLING FEE:

Single Tickets: $10 per ticket
Subscription Orders: $20 per Subscription
Exchange fee on tickets: $5 per ticket

 


TICKET POLICY

All tickets are non-refundable and all ticket sales are final. Tickets not bought through subscriptions are subject to a $5 fee; all changes are subject to availability. Only one admission is permitted per ticket.

If you are unable to use your tickets, please contact the Box Office to donate or exchange your tickets. If you have ticketing emergencies on the day of the concert, you may contact the Box Office starting two hours before the concert start. Any last-minute requests are at the discretion of the Box Office.

 

REPLACING YOUR TICKET(S)

If you need to replace your physical tickets, contact the Box Office up to one week before the concert. Replacement tickets requested within one week of the performance will be emailed as a digital PDF.

If your ticket needs to be reprinted day of the concert, please arrive early to the venue and request a reprint. Reprinting requests are at the discretion of the Box Office.

 

exchanging YOUR TICKET(S)

Ticket exchanges are available the Friday before the concert day. You may request a different ticket at the same value of another qualifying concert in the same season your ticket was purchased. Your request can be made by phone or email. If done by email, provide an email or proof of purchase of the tickets you wish to exchange and indicate which new concert date you wish to exchange into, along with your contact information.

The Box Office makes every effort to provide the best seating available, but comparable seating cannot be guaranteed. If tickets are exchanged for a higher priced ticket, the ticket holder will be required to pay the difference. There are no refunds or credits if the ticket is exchanged for a lower priced ticket.

Ticket exchanges are free for subscribers. For non-subscribers, a $5 exchange fee per ticket will be applied.

 

DONATE YOUR TICKET(S)

If you are unable to attend a concert, you may donate your tickets by phone, fax, email, mail, or at the Box Office. Donated tickets must be received by the Friday before the concert day for it to be considered a donation for the value of your tickets. (This amount is not applied to donor benefits and does not apply to special events.

 

Purchase of a ticket constitutes your permission to appear in LACO photos, recordings, and/or filming.


LATE SEATING

Any patrons arriving after the start of the concert will be seated at a suitable time between pieces and at the discretion of LACO staff/ushers.

 

DISABILITY ACCOMMODATIONS

For information regarding how to access the venue’s disability accommodations there are # options:

  • Call the LACO Box Office;
  • Visit laco.org/venues, select the venue, and check if the information is available there;
  • Request accessibility accommodations directly from any one of the venues.

We recommend calling no less than 48 hours before the concert start.
