We’re hoping casual listeners will have a chance to discover what increasing numbers of hardcore classical music fans have already realized — at rehearsal you get to see music come to life as the conductor and musicians work together to sculpt a work for performance.

We’re inviting the public to watch the Orchestra’s rehearsal through to the first break (approximately 45 – 60 minutes). The rehearsal will be free of charge, but seating is limited. We’re asking folks to reserve seats to this free, family-friendly event in advance through eventbrite.

The atmosphere is relaxed. Food and drinks purchased from the Theatre’s concession stands are allowed in the theatre, but please endeavor to be as quiet as possible. This is a working rehearsal, so we’re asking attendees to refrain from talking, photography, video and to please hold your applause.

After the program, join us in the lobby for complimentary refreshments — courtesy of Glendale Arts — or visit the Musical Petting Zoo provided by the Brand Library & Art Center to try out instruments, including drums and percussion, keyboards, guitars, wind instruments and more.
