This season, Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra takes your UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL for every show, and opportunity to hear straight from our artistic leadership, Sound Investment composers, musicians, and guest artists.

This edition: Music Director Jaime Martín explains the mash-up of Beethoven and contemporary composer Shelley Washington; get an insider’s view on the choir rehearsals; and find out who (and what) inspired the second movement of Both, “Teeny Tiny Things.”

All tickets for opening night at Royce Hall will either be delivered digitally or available at Will Call.

LACO subscribers will be sent the balance of their 2022/23 Season tickets via USPS the week of October 24, 2022.

Once the music has begun, latecomers will be held in the lobby until the break between the first and second movement of Both.

Light concessions will be available for purchase in the Royce Hall West Lobby.

DIRECTIONS & PARKING

Royce Hall is located at 340 Royce Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90095. A daily parking pass is $14.

Turn by Turn Parking Directions to Structure 5 • 340 Royce Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90095
  1. Approach UCLA via sunset.
  2. Turn South on Royce Drive.
  3. Proceed through the 2 stop signs.
  4. Park on levels 1-2-3 (to avoid unnecessary stairs, park in Level 3)
  5. Take the stairs to level 4 and cross the footbridge. Royce Hall will be on your right.
Handicap Accessible parking spaces are located on Level 4 of Structure 5. At the 2nd stop sign, veer right to access Level 4. Make sure to display your government-issued card. Wheelchair assistance is available on Level 4 beginning at 90 minutes to show.

Rideshare/Guest drop off is located at the flagpole at Dickson Court (10745 Dickson Court, LA, CA 90095). Some rideshare companies use the 340 Royce Drive address, this address will take you to the back of Royce Hall and to the lower lot. If you get dropped off here, please head south and up the stairs to the front of Royce Hall.
How to purchase a parking pass
  1. Purchase your parking ahead of time – click here.
  2. Buy your parking permit at the payment kiosk located in Structure 5 on level 6 (top level) or level 4 right before you cross the pedestrian bridge. Kiosk information available here.
  3. Install the ParkMobile app on your phone and purchase your parking on the day of the event from your smartphone -Royce Hall code 2552 (2500 ADA) –ParkMobileinformation available here.
