LACO launches multimedia advertising vehicle campaign and social media contest

For the next two weeks, keep your eye out for a bright green truck covered with billboards advertising LACO’s Discover Beethoven 7 concert around LA.

As a multimedia vehicle, the truck has a radio transmitter that allows nearby listeners within a one mile radius of the truck to turn their dial to 107.3 FM and hear a clip from Beethoven’s Seventh Symphony. The truck will drive on weekdays from noon to 8 pm, stopping at locations like Brand Boulevard in Glendale, Colorado Boulevard in Pasadena, and the Downtown farmer’s market. At the truck’s stops, information about the concert will be available.

Those who spot the truck while it is stopped are encouraged to take a photo with it and post it via Twitter – making sure to mention LACO’s Twitter handle – LACOtweets, post it on LACO’s Facebook page or email it to info@laco.org for a chance to win a pair of tickets to the November 6 concert .
