Julio Hanson (SAG-AFTRA) has been an entertainer and an educator in Los Angeles, California for more than 25 years.  Julio has dedicated years to bridging his African-American and Panamanian cultures to the global community through the study and performance of music, theatre, dance, and multiple languages. As an assistant principal in the Los Angeles Unified School District and a member of the Robey Theatre Company, Julio seeks to inspire audiences to refocus on the love for education, diversity, and humanity.  Julio has performed with Grammy-recognized artists Toni Braxton, Prince, Kelis, and La Ley to name a few. Julio became a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. at UCLA where he obtained a Bachelor of Political Sciences with an emphasis in International Relations.  Julio also obtained a Bilingual Teaching Credential from California State University, Dominguez Hills, a Master of Education and Administration from California State University, Los Angeles, and a Doctorate in Education from Pepperdine University researching the Power of Artistic Activism.
