Each year, LACO counts a Constitutional Rights Foundation member as an intern. I would love to introduce you to Annahi Barajas, this year’s CRF intern, whose hard-work and positive attitude have brought a breath of Spring air into the LACO offices:
Hello everyone, I am Annahi Barajas. I am a junior at Bell High School. I am very thankful to LACO for allowing me to intern for them. I have loved being here since the first day I stepped into this office! It was like love at first sight. Everyone was very welcoming and nice to me. The work experience they have offered is without a doubt very intriguing. It does not feel like work. I wake up in the morning overly excited to arrive and see what jobs they have for me. The variety in things I do here is amazing and I love being able to learn something different everyday.
I love being outdoors and helping the community improve. I am a third hand to those in need and enjoy helping. I am very athletic and love playing tennis, running and bicycling. I love exploring places and cultures. I am very sociable, friendly and extremely happy! I wake up every morning with such a joy to start a new day and to meet new people. I like trying different things.
Thanks again LACO for opening your doors to me I really love being with you people. You are all amazing!
