Augustin Hadelich, whose performances “[reveal] something from a plane beyond ours” (The Washington Post), joins LACO in Mendelssohn’s transportive Violin Concerto in E minor, capped by Mozart’s eternal “Jupiter” Symphony on October 21 + 22.
Christian Tetzlaff makes Brahms’ towering violin concerto undeniably his own on December 9 + 10.
Jennifer Koh performs Nina C. Young’s World Premiere of Violin Concerto: Traces on November 11 + 12 with conductor Laureate Jeffrey Kahane.

Anne-Marie McDermott, “A pianist who balances qualities of excitement and spontaneity with clarity and elegance” (The New York Times) begins our season with Avril Coleridge-Taylor and Ernest Chausson October 1 at Zipper Hall at the Colburn School.
Marc-André Hamelin brings together works by Nadia Boulanger and César Franck on March 3 at Zipper Hall.
Gabriela Montero celebrates our season finale with an incredible performance of Mozart Piano Concerto No. 24 in C minor on May 25 at the Alex Theatre.
