2019/20 Baroque Conversations
Baroque Conversations is a three concert series that explores the genesis of Baroque repertoire. Legendary musicians introduce the works from the stage and engage the audience in short, compelling talks.
the venues
The 2019-20 Baroque Conversations concert series takes place at two outstanding venues: the conveniently located First Presbyterian Church of Santa Monica and the elegant Rothenberg Hall at The Huntington – located near Pasadena in the city of San Marino. This provides convenience and accessibility for both West and Eastsiders – in essence, putting the Orchestra’s music where its audiences live.
This series is generously sponsored by Carol & Warner Henry, a Friend of LACO and the Ronus Foundation. Our thanks to the many patrons who contributed to the Carol & Warner Henry Challenge.
